madri+d has entrusted ISID with the creation of a cientific media archive, that until today already contains more than 350 videos, for the most part from conferences, round tables and lectures by spanish scientists researchers. The available audiovisual material has mainly been allocated by colaborating institutions such as the Museum of Science and Technology, whose archive is of uncalculable value. The media archive serves as a window, displaying spanish science and technology not only on a national, but on an international level, 25% of the page visits for example come from Latinamerica, searching for spanish cientific references.

The solution that has been implemented by ISID is the multimedia asset manager VIDOMA, with two different interfaces: from an internal interface the administrator can manage and document the videos, the voting system (most viewed, recommended, best rated, etc.) and control how to publish the content on the web. From an external or public interface, integrated in www.madrimasd.org the user can carry out simple or advanced searches, send the video URL, add it to a blog or view other material related to the currently displayed content.
